  • Free Classes Weekly

    Meditation, Trauma Informed Yoga and a Sobriety Circle are offered for free on a weekly basis. More free classes will be added as funding allows. Check out our schedule and join us!

  • Yoga for Mental Health

    We work with area organizations to make yoga accessible to people struggling with mental health, kids and more. Interested in a program for your organization? Reach out!

Supporting Our Mission

  • Accepting Donations

    Are in you interested in supporting our mission? You can allocate funds to Trauma Informed Yoga classes, our scholarship program or general operations. Donate online, or please reach out with any questions!

  • 108 Sun Salutations

    Every year on Summer Solstice we rise with the sun and attempt to complete 108 sun salutations. Participants get pledges for the number of salutations they intend to complete to help raise money for The Yoga Womb.

  • Anniversary Celbration

    Every year during the first week of October, we celebrate with a week of free classes along with a silent auction to raise money to support our programs. It’s a great chance to try something new and support a good cause!

The Yoga Womb, Inc. is on a mission to improve the overall wellness of our community, and the world, by making holistic mind, body and spirit wellness services and education available to everyone regardless of income or status.

Our Purpose

To provide all members of the community, and beyond, with education on yoga and other holistic and alternative wellness modalities regardless of income or status, especially those impacted by adversity, thereby inspiring emotional and spiritual healing journeys, acceptance, healthy living and compassion in as many people as possible.

Our Vision

A community of individuals from a wide array of religious, social, economic and ethnic backgrounds coming together to support and encourage each others profound healing and transformational journeys toward better mental and physical health, more fulfilling relationships, uncanny friendships, deeper spirituality and richer, more meaningful lives.
