Meet Our instructors
Every one of our instructors and facilitators is talented, compassionate and knowledgeable. The application of their skills to guide people through deep self discovery, physically, mentally and spiritually is a gift we are lucky to have here in Sturgeon bay. There is so much to learn from each one of them.

After a couple retreats at their ashram she was firmly set on the pah, followed by a one-month work study at their California ashram, three 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats, 12 years of Mysore-style Ashtanga practice, dozens of yoga workshops and trainings including Advanced Bhakti flow with Rusty Wells, Second Series Intensive with Tim Miller, Prenatal Yoga training at Blooma, Partner Yoga with Jason & Jenny, and Hands-one adjustment courses with Ty Landrum, Mary Freeman, and David Keil.

“I discovered yoga while on a team building yoga retreat in 2015. I knew after that retreat that I wanted yoga to be a bigger part of my life. Over the last several years, I found myself being drawn to a deeper understanding of yoga. This led me to completing teacher training in 2023, which was life changing. I feel yoga is a personal journey, and that each yogi is on their own path of connecting mind, body and spirit. I work to create a safe place for students to heal, grow, and deepen their yoga practice. No matter your level of yoga experience, I strive to have each student leave class feeling more grounded and empowered. I am a life-long learner who continues to explore yoga through workshops and continuing education, as I appreciate the opportunity to grow and deepen my own yoga practice. I look forward to assisting you on your yoga journey both on and off the mat.
