8-week Sessions

The Yoga Womb offers the opportunity to commit to 8-weeks of a yoga class of your choice for $150 total. This provides our students with a deeper commitment to their practice, builds community and saves money. So, grab your friends and make a commitment to your wellbeing!

Drop-ins
Drop-ins will also be available for MOST of these classes. Drop-ins will open for registration when the session has started. Drop-in classes are $25 each. (Unless otherwise noted.)

Memberships

When you have Yoga Womb Membership, you are welcome to attend any and all classes and experiences. Membership is $175 per month. To get your Yoga Womb Membership, click here.

Whether you are dropping in or have a membership, booking online in advance ensures the class will run and makes the check-in process much easier for our instructors. If any class has less than 2 people registered in advance, instructors have the option to cancel that class.

  • Yoga 4 Kids By Kids - April 5 @ 4 p.m.

    On the first Thursday of every month Jett has fun guiding your kids through a playful yoga experience. Kids get moving, play games and experience guided meditation. Getting introduced to these tools can help kids with body awareness, emotional regulation and a more conscious way of being in the world. 

  • Constellations Intuitive Movement - April 11 @ 5 p.m.

    Experience the transformative, healing power of intuitive movement in a supportive group setting. Combining intention and creative expression, participants will be invited to follow lightly guided prompts, together raising the frequency of the group. We will foster personal growth, free up emotional blockages and enhance overall well-being, all while cultivating deeper connections for self and others.

    No experience necessary, dress comfortably, bring an open mind and awillingness to move.

  • Grief Circle: Life After Loss - April 13 @ 12 noon

    This one-hour grief support group provides a safe space for healing through mindfulness, gentle yoga, sharing, and reflection on the 2nd Sunday of every month. Participants can process emotions, connect with others, and engage in activities like journaling or visualization. Open to all, this group fosters compassion, connection, and grounding on the journey through grief. Bring a journal and a water bottle. Donations appreciated.

  • Group Lucia Light Session - April 19 @ 10:30 a.m.

    Join Katrina Chaudoir at her first Lucia Light Session at The Yoga Womb with an introductory rate of $55 per person. This experience is limited to 6 people.

    The Lucia N°03 supercharges your entire being. High-quality white light stimulates the 3rd Eye, harmonizing brainwaves while deeply relaxing the limbic and central nervous system. This creates a unique transcendental journeying experience where the Light Traveler’s inner consciousness provides profound scenes of indescribable beauty, unimaginable peace and layers of healing.

  • Reiki Circle - April 16 @ 7 p.m.

    Reiki shares serve as a powerful combination of healing practice and community support, creating opportunities for individuals to experience energy work in a collective and uplifting environment. Collectively we take turns offering individuals energy healing in a group setting, either by placing hands lightly on participants or working in the energy field. The healing energy exchanged in these circles can promote relaxation, relieve stress, & encourage emotional healing. No experience required.

  • Cosmic Curiosities Astro Chat - April 26 @ 10:30 a.m.

    Are you curious to learn about astrology? Do you know your birth chart? Do you already know some stuff but are hungry to know more? Are you looking to build community while learning the ways of the stars? In this supportive circle, participants will come together and learn through conversation, a deeper understanding of our unique cosmic blueprints and how we are all part of a greater whole.

  • New Moon Circle - April 27 @ 7 p.m.

    Join this sacred space designed for connection, reflection, and intention-setting. Anyone who identifies as a woman (16+) is welcome, as we create a supportive atmosphere to express ourselves freely around the foundations of sisterhood, respect for the earth & co-creation. Ashley Adams of the Wild Woman Project, leads us in circle, with lots of laughter & tears, as we tend to be a heart-centered bunch.  Circles are not associated with a singular path. Bring a journal, water & dress comfortably.

  • Guided Share: Protecting Your Energy + Boundary Basics - Monday @ 7 p.m.

    The bounds of your life and how you communicate them will shape your personal growth and relationships. You only have so much time, energy, and emotional capacity. Boundaries are like the “rules” of a relationship. No one is going to protect your energy for you! By establishing clear boundaries, you can find more freedom to express yourself and live a more joyful and fruitful life.

  • Pilates with Amber - Tuesday @ 8 a.m.

    Mat Pilates is a class that suits all fitness levels and will focus on improving flexibility, posture, and core strength. You will learn a variety of Pilates exercises that target different muscle groups, incorporating breathing techniques and mindful movements to leave you feeling energized and balanced.

  • Yoga For Men Who Can't Bend - Wednesday @ 8 a.m.

    This men's ONLY class is perfect for those who think "I can't do yoga, I can't touch my toes!" The focus is on building strength, stability, and flexibility, targeting hamstrings, calves, chest, and shoulders. Join us for movement tailored to men's needs.

Understanding the Levels of physical Difficulty

Level 1

Some experience is helpful, but not required to get a lot out of the class. Clear directions are given, assistance is provided and time to explore the poses is available.

Level 2

Some experience is important to reap the benefits of the class and avoid injury, but the physical challenges offered are not extreme or complex. Expect to build a little heat. If you are experienced and you want to add your own challenges you can.

Level 3

Experience is required. Expect to be challenged physically with complex poses, endurance, flexibility and/or stamina. Sweating and shaking are likely.
