Understanding the Levels of physical Difficulty
Level 1
Some experience is helpful, but not required to get a lot out of the class. Clear directions are given, assistance is provided and time to explore the poses is available.
Level 2
Some experience is important to reap the benefits of the class and avoid injury, but the physical challenges offered are not extreme or complex. Expect to build a little heat. If you are experienced and you want to add your own challenges you can.
Level 3
Experience is required. Expect to be challenged physically with complex poses, endurance, flexibility and/or stamina. Sweating and shaking are likely.
*If no level is indicated, the class is suitable for anyone regardless of experience or physical fitness.
