8-week Sessions
The Yoga Womb offers the opportunity to commit to 8-weeks of a yoga class of your choice for $150 total. This provides our students with a deeper commitment to their practice, builds community and saves money. So, grab your friends and make a commitment to your wellbeing!
Drop-ins
Drop-ins will also be available for MOST of these classes. Drop-ins will open for registration when the session has started. Drop-in classes are $25 each. (Unless otherwise noted.)
Memberships
When you have Yoga Womb Membership, you are welcome to attend any and all classes and experiences. Membership is $175 per month.

Please Book Online 2 Hours in Advance
Whether you are dropping in or have a membership, booking online in advance ensures the class will run and makes the check-in process much easier for our instructors. If any class has less than 2 people registered in advance, instructors have the option to cancel that class.

Group Lucia Light Session - May 24 @ 10:30 a.m.
Join Katrina Chaudoir at her first Lucia Light Session at The Yoga Womb with an introductory rate of $55 per person. This experience is limited to 6 people.

New Moon Circle - June 1 @ 7 p.m.
Join this sacred space designed for connection, reflection, and intention-setting. Anyone who identifies as a woman (16+) is welcome, as we create a supportive atmosphere to express ourselves freely around the foundations of sisterhood, respect for the earth & co-creation. Ashley Adams of the Wild Woman Project, leads us in circle, with lots of laughter & tears, as we tend to be a heart-centered bunch. Circles are not associated with a singular path. Bring a journal, water & dress comfortably.

Constellations Intuitive Movement - June 6 @ 5 p.m.
Experience the transformative, healing power of intuitive movement in a supportive group setting. Combining intention and creative expression, participants will be invited to follow lightly guided prompts, together raising the frequency of the group. We will foster personal growth, free up emotional blockages and enhance overall well-being, all while cultivating deeper connections for self and others.
No experience necessary, dress comfortably, bring an open mind and awillingness to move.

Breath + Meditation - June 14 and 15
We constantly fight stimulation, stress anxiety. Breath and Meditation class is a time to integrate life's happenings. During this ninety minute class Daniela will guide you to exercise your breath through inhaling and exhaling at various speeds. Class will flow between breath and meditation. During meditations you will be guided to focus on the body and expand beyond your physical experience. Breath and Meditation class welcomes more relaxation and release in every day life. We are all evolving consciously and these classes will fuel your life with momentum. Intentionally given two days in a row, will create lasting energetic shifts when taken together! Join Daniela for a weekend, or just drop in for one if that fits your schedule. Please bring a water bottle and journal if you'd like.

Join The Yoga Womb for 108 Sun Salutations to honor the sun and raise money for The Yoga Womb at sunrise on Summer Solstice in Sunset Park. The Yoga Womb, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to improve the overall wellness of our community, and the world by making holistic mind, body and spirit wellness services and education available to everyone. Cosmic Curiosities Astro Chat - June 21 @ 10:30 a.m.
Are you curious to learn about astrology? Do you know your birth chart? Do you already know some stuff but are hungry to know more? Are you looking to build community while learning the ways of the stars? Starting May 31, join us in Graham Park in Sturgeon Bay at 9 a.m. New and experienced yogi’s welcome!
No need to register in advance. Donations accepted (recommended $10). Some mats will be available - first come, first served. Wear sunscreen, and dress comfortably with layers as the weather can be unpredictable.

Trauma Informed Slow Flow - Mondays at 5:30 p.m.
This class is a call for inquiry. How might it feel to start to let go of what keeps you held stuck on your path? If you’d like to lean into accepting your body and the parts of yourself you’ve been uncovering along your journey, then this is the class for you. We will make time and space to notice what’s happening within the many beautiful worlds inside of us. Each themed class includes embodiment, wisdom, breathwork, and meditation.

Vinyasa with Cora Corrick - Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. + Thursdays at 8 a.m.
Vinyasa Flow will accommodate all levels, with lots of variations offered to calm or strengthen your practice. We sync each movement with breath in order to regulate our nervous system and leave the mat with a sense of peace.
Understanding the Levels of physical Difficulty
Level 1
Some experience is helpful, but not required to get a lot out of the class. Clear directions are given, assistance is provided and time to explore the poses is available.
Level 2
Some experience is important to reap the benefits of the class and avoid injury, but the physical challenges offered are not extreme or complex. Expect to build a little heat. If you are experienced and you want to add your own challenges you can.
Level 3
Experience is required. Expect to be challenged physically with complex poses, endurance, flexibility and/or stamina. Sweating and shaking are likely.
*If no level is indicated, the class is suitable for anyone regardless of experience or physical fitness.
